Chest to deck on the push up with a barbell waiting in the background. Are you able to focus on the movement you are doing at that specific time, or do you worry about something ahead of you in the workout?
BOTH 7 AND 8 AM CLASSES ARE A GO!
WOD
"Mr. Joshua"
5 rounds
Run 400 meters
15 Deadlift (250)
30 Sit-ups (abmat with soles of feet together)
Comments: Well, do you dread specific exercises during a workout?

OK...can you tell I've waiting, hitting refresh...refresh...refresh?
I can honestly say that I'm dreading 5 rounds of 250 lb deadlifts. Who thinks this shit up?
See you at 7am. Jake, I may be slow skinning up the mtn tomorrow after this...

I definitely dread specific exercises during WOD's. I've been doing CF for long enough to know where I'm stronger and not and when those elements mix in a WOD I focus much more on the element I am not as strong at. I hardly even notice the movements/lifts that I'm strong at because my head is occupied with how to get through the next set of whatever movement I struggle with.
