Chris and Eric, WOW! Was it ever COLD and dark this morning...1 degree at 6 AM. Great stuff, 6 AM gang. It was so nice to feel everyone encouraging each other! With frostbitten fingers, it would have been easy for me to quit, but others kept me going. Thanks for the kind words. Guess that's why Eric named the workout "Frost Bite."
