Hey Chris, I check your WOD's daily and I am always left wondering about the RX'ed weight. Is there a rule of thumb I need to keep in mind when viewing your WODs? Like is this one 135 because that's the weight on Grace and Isabelle?
I did the 10 thrusters, 50 double-unders, 8 thrusters, 40 double unders etc. and used 135 for the thrusters. Was that right?

George, you got it. If you have questions feel free to post. We usually don't post the rx'd weight because we don't want people to get to hung up on just using the weight, but instead scaling appropriately and maintaining good mechanics. Sounds like you're on the right track with the weights though!
