If you're kids can throw down an l-sit why can't you? It's not that we never had the capacity to squat, l-sit, pull-up, swing on the monkey bars, etc. It's that we stopped doing those things and lost them somewhere along the way.

Comments: Best game you played as a kid?

"Kick the Can"...unbelievable hiding places, sprinting around the neighborhood, rescuing people in jail. We played this game non stop! Another favorite was "Capture the Flag." I think Julie and Chris also enjoyed these fun neighborhood games as well.

I used to play backyard football and wiffle ball all the time!! Seems like kids don't do this anymore. Capture the Flag at night was always a big one for our neighborhood.
Lastly, there were plenty of wild games of "Truth or Dare"!!

Kick the can, one of the best by far. Also "kill the man with the ball" simple, brutal, and highly effective for toughening up.
